Perritt I believe is under contract at Accrington for next season so the best we can hope for with him is another loan.

Great news.
There was talk on another thread about the future signings which may come at the end of the month when contracts are up in the league.
What must happen sooner is the signing up of crucial members of the squad to full time contracts.
This is the first of them and I look forward with eager anticipation to seeing news of more very soon!
PS. I think it's the second one actually. Hasn't Toby signed up already?
Isaac Marriott probably has to win Young Player of the Season, but I'd be interested to see which way the main award goes.
Why is this news not on the club website? Those of us who don’t do social media would have no idea. It was the same with the full time announcement. I saw the post on here and had to go hunting for it to find out. It should be on the official website the same time it goes out to the socials.
The main reason we didn't play any higher opposition in friendlies last pre-season was that we couldn't play any home games, due to the pitch being replaced.
Not sure if this is going ahead, nobody from the club has replied to the post and I've not seen it advertised anywhere. I've still got the evening free, but not sure whether to do something else now.
For me Gateshead will still win the league given they have only lost 3 times, could be a mid table conf team and serious competition next year, hoping for a flash in the pan to join them in the playoffs to make life easier next year
Have we done that before? Sold a player and then signed them back on a free?I believe it does yes & so very hopeful he’ll be here on a full time basis next season. The fact Fylde’s new boss hasn’t recalled him & they’ve still been winning suggests his time is up there.Jordan Hulme is also a loanee. We absolutely MUST sign him for next season.
Doesn't his contract with Fylde run out at the end of the season? That should make things easier if so.
If Hulme is available he starts.
Alty 3-0 Aldershot ( Hulme X2 Colclough)
Attn 1874
Agree about Jordan - Josh was pretty quiet on Tuesday night too. Is Eddy Jones available again? - if so, I'd bring him back in too.
Given the (assumed) bumper crowd, the nice weather and the form of both teams - all points to a 0-1 defeat doesn't it
Taking over at Barrow.
It can't be the tango'd one who used to play for us surely? 🤔🤯
Help me out here folks.
It's okay. It's the ex Southend (Hull and Bolton) fella. I'd forgotten about him!
Bad enough having two Phil parkinsons! 😉
Are you thinking of Phil Power, who was Brown of skin colour but not actually called Phil Brown.
No. The one I had in my head was actually phil wilson who went on to manage Southport and others! He was a bit of a sunbed fanatic.
Sorry to all of you for my wonky head! 😜🤪
😂😂
Looking forward to the game tomorrow. First time in a while. Hope I'm up to it physically (mentally, I'm obviously not! 😉)

Bounced back up:
Lincoln, Colchester, Mansfield, Exeter, Oxford, Bristol rovers, tranmere, Hartlepool, Newport (sort off) Luton, Carlisle, Leyton orient, cambridge
A conversation yesterday about the number of ex-league teams in our league made me think - how many of the teams who were in the league in 1987 (?) when automatic promotion was introduced have lost their place and who has replaced them?
In no particular order I think 15 have lost their place:
Wrexham, Southend, Notts county, Chesterfield, Torquay, Aldershot, Halifax, Grimsby, Stockport, Chester, Darlington, Hereford, York, Maidstone and Bury
But I can only think of 14 replacements:
Wycombe, Burton, Crawley, Stevenage, Morecambe, AFC Wimbledon, Accrington Stanley, Harrogate, Sutton, Fleetwood, Salford, Cheltenham, Barrow and FGR
Who am I missing or have I got an extra one in the first list?
