Very nice.

We didn't make it to the club house, feared it would take ages to get served and that always rubs me up the wrong way.

It was rammed about 3 hours before kick off! Only noticed one Alty fan wearing colours in the bar, some lass with red hair.

We went with a mate of mine who was born and brought up in Cambridge.  He's not been back for a few years...we were not amused to find the pub opposite the ground was now an Indian restaurant.  walked on to the only other pub we could find - the wrestler?? - packed.  Plenty of Alty in there.

ho hum.

My fancy for the playoffs is Stevenage, but anybody bar Histon is ok by me.  Histon annoy me.

All the more reason to hope they go up and we don't have to suffer their 'brand' of football again.

That pub has been shut down for about ten years!!

The Wrestlers is great, gorgeous Thai food.

Cambridge has easily some of the best proper real ale pubs in this league. Its worth a trip even if the game is off. Research is the key.
