From looking @ maximum points available, the 2 teams favourite to win the last 2 relegation spots are WOKING 52 pts., & YORK CITY 56 pts. Everything crossed for Monday, let's get something on the board & hope others don't get anything.

Some teams are playing each other though George..so they can't all get the max?

This doesn't make good reading : http://www.fansfocus.com/football/conference/-formguide.php?comp=5

Even so I think we'll get something against Grays which should be enough.
I think Weymouth are gone. Can't see them getting another point (cue winning run!). And I can't see all of Grays, Barrow, Woking and York getting over 50 points.

I dont think people realise how dire out recent results have been - we have only won once in the last 13 games and that was against Weymouth.
I now think we also have the most difficult run in of all the teams from 15th position downwards.
I still think we are hoping that Working will not win 2 of their last 3 games and also that Bobby Gould wont work a miricle at Weymouth.
I think York will get out of trouble as they have to play both Weymouth and Lewes.
I think those that are expecting us to beat Grays are the same ones that thought a victory over Lewes was a formality, and obviously did not see our performance at Grays.
Hopefully we will get a surprise win to calm our nerves, but I think its more likely that Woking and Weymouth will not enough points to catch us.
However, through the doom and gloom, yesterday was a nice welcomed and uinexpected point - definately a bonus

With Weymouth and York still to play each other it pans out thus.

the other 4 games they each get 12 points =

Weymouth 54 pts
York 53 pts

Weymouth win = Weymouth 57 York 53

Draw = Weymouth 55 York 54

York win = Weymouth 54 York 56

So (given Woking can only get a max of 52 pts) The threshold is York getting 54 points.

55 points = mathematical safety so 2 wins this week will sort it.  ;D

Its any 2 from Weymouth, Woking and york to join Northwich and Lewes going down in my opinion.

As we are now on 52 points I look forward to this thread being updated.

I make it Woking and weymouth to join Lewes and Vics.

I also fancy Vics to finish 4th bottom and snatch an AGM cup win...

We are now safe, I will quite happily attend Barrymore's next pool party if proved otherwise.

Finally confirmed. We have been relegated due to the fact that Weymouth and York still have to play each other.

I heard that he disappeared up his own arse, somewhere near Billericay.
