interesting that luke garrard in his interview thought both teams looked tired even at this stage of the season due to the extra 55 mins they've played. Maybe  training might need to start including an afternoon nap.

We wilted second half, Gerrard is correct, leggy, tired whatever, dont think 23c helped. Shame we couldn't get the 2nd goal in first half we deserved. Missing Donawa option. Bench was poor. Disappointed with Dior so far, showed promise at Lancaster, hopefully will improve with match time. Pleased with a point but still think 2 dropped based on 1st half.

I would have thought they would redevelop areas that will bring in the best ROI, such as Main stand, with offices, meeting areas etc that could be used throughout the week, increasing revue streams.

With these new rules adopted, can we not get ball boys/girls back and also have a multi ball system to reduce time when ball out of the ground or off pitch etc. That will reduce additional time etc.

On the game, thought we deserved all the points, but we need to be more clinical. Thought we managed the game poorly at the end and gave them the impetuous to come back into it. Overall a good start for us to build upon.

 

Whilst this is again a relatively new team, and no disrespect to last years starting squad, this years squad, overall has more depth and quality with slightly more mature players on contracts. We should do much better this season, time will tell obviously.
