we probably have a better set of individual players than about 6 or 7 sides min -just need to get the best out of them.

Reason why we will go down. Four straight home defeats.

Aldershot, Oxford and Grays were rubbish. And we couldn't beat them.

I'll accept going down, if we actually try to win against these teams.

if we state that oxford and aldershot are rubbish and we should be beating them i fear mr heathcote could be correct about delusions of grandeur,
however from what i saw today you might not be far from the truth. alty for the playoffs anyone?

says "whoops" ducks and leaves stage left

Oxford and Aldershot were not rubbish. However, we had enough talent in our squad on both occasions to have gained at least a point from these two games. That is what everyone is saying. And for the record, Grays were pants.

Personally a loss to Oxford and Exeter was fine, I realy don't expect to get anything from these matches, even if we do match them both for 60 minutes.

We should have got 4 points from Grays/Aldershot. Our away results have been pretty fair. 7 points now would be fair.

At times today we were playing top quality football that would beat anyteam in this league, alty just gotta try and produce that football for 90 minutes and not just 10 minute patches here and there.

If we beat Vics and droylsden home and away, and beat Stafford and Halifax at home. + a few draws here and there. Then we are going to stay up.

Seasons end in april/may not in September. Last season we looked dead and buried then we won 5 out of 6 games to put us back in the mix. Never give up until there is no chance of reaching 53 points.

well come on, last season saw some really freaky results towards the end of the season so maybe 50 is all we need for survival

50 is not good enough. We need at least 53 points to stay up. Its only 16 wins and 2 draws to go.

Louise.......where does it say that you get relegated for losing 4 games at home on the bounce ?

Last season we won 4 away games on the bounce.........Therefore I think we should have been automatically promoted.

Let's worry about the games we are expected to win !
