vics on boxinday!!! and then on newyears day!!!!
-
Its how it should be ;D ;D - Absol superb .. The way round I like it as well... and with a home game inbetween a little money saved over Xmas, well not as much spent I suppose
-
i fear there will be no sleep from 29th to the 1st though!
-
Not a bad last few games either on paper if we are needing a few precious points.
-
Fixtures are a lot nicer seeing as they are blur square premier rather than blue square north! ;D
Not a bad fixture list really, we have a fairly ok start and reasonable run in. Happy to have the boxing day/ new year vics double header back and rightfully so! The conference have also seen the light and given us a bank holiday fixtures unlike last year where going to kent was just silly.
Now if only we could have had york away on a saturday id have been even happier, my favourite conference away day for drinking pre/post match. cant have everything though hey.
-
Also forgot to ask, apologies if this has been mentioned elsewhere... what round do we enter this bob lord trophy thingy?
-
Gutted that the Alty game at our place is on a Tuesday night, that wrecks a few plans I reckon. no Frank Sidebottom this season!
That said, New Year's Day could be a good time to organise a session - you are away at Northwich, we are away at Droylsden. Also on the Bank Holiday Monday (Aug 27th) we are at Northwich while you are at Stafford.
Saturday Jan 19th is already in the diary - now, all we need is Trafford to be at home on the same day and for them to move their kick off forward and my great money-spinning "festival" idea might just work. Bit bloody cold though!
-
I believe that all BSCP Clubs enter at the 4th Round so it's the Saturday before Christmas for us.
-
I've just double checked and Alfreton are not on it anywhere. Great news.
-
Very glad to see York and not us pulled the short straw and the Christmas game with Droylsden. Vics restored to the proper dates and not some silly Tuesday night in January. Not that it affected me last season being down here but glad to note that the ridiculous Bank Holiday double header with Graveyard/Busfleet will not be repeated and we get Stafford instead. Weymouth away is a fantastic last game for a weekender too.
-
Already started booking half days at work for some away games ;D
-
Weymouth away, last game, bank holiday weekend!!
Oh yes.
-
Will take time to digest the fixtures and will do after work but first instinct is that it's an excellent fixture list for us. Start nad end of season are both manageable.
Attendance wise Exeter should bring a few on the opening day of the season, ditto Oxford at the start of september while they are still flying. Good to have a vics boxing day double header, good to see stafford on Bank hols rather than Ebbsfleet?Gravesend.
Pity York and Cambridge tuesday nights.
Histon on the penultimate staurday could be interesting.
Weymouth away on the last day could be a hell of a weekend at the start of may if we're already safe.
-
I've just double checked and Alfreton are not on it anywhere. Great news.
Boston at home to WORKINGTON on the opening day.
I prefer Exeter at home meself. :) ;) :D ;D 8)
-
Suprisingly, i'm looking forward to woking away. im in london that weekend, what a random alty bonus!
Certainly wouldnt get one of those if it was BSN fixtures!
Roll on boxing day, we'll smash em to pieces again, this time with 11 men!
-
"will do after work"
Post of the day!
-
the star of all that has to be weymouth away on may bank holiday .
vics on new years day . i am already looking for someone to drive me from mid wales to the railway for the first train on new years day!!!!!! are there trains on new years day?
and a long wait for my home game at kiddy.
-
weymouth away cannot wait what a weekend
-
Highlight for me is Northwich away!! full scale invasion this year
-
Bad news amigo's, the past few years there has been no trains on new years day, whos starting the petition to northern trains then?
-
I sense Anytimes mini bus will be busy!
