Just read Mr Laidlars excellent notes in the going up of the old floodlights and the Red Robin club in 1966.

Prior to the floodlights, what time were Autumn/Winter Saturday kick-offs, and how/where/when were midweek games played?

Regarding the Red Robin, when was it sold, and how much of a contributor was it to club funds, and when did it cease to be viable therefore prompting it's sale?

These are not quiz questions. I'd be interested to know if anyone out there has the answers.

Here are some kick-off times at Moss Lane for the 1965/66 season:

Monday, 23rd August 1965: 6:45pm;

Monday, 6th September 1965: 6:15pm;

Saturday, 25th September 1965: 3:00pm;

Monday, 27th September 1965: 5:15pm;

Saturday, 13th November 1965: 2:15pm;

Saturday, 1st January 1966: 2:15pm;

Wednesday, 26th January 1966: 2:15pm;

Monday, 28th March 1966: 6:00pm (last home game before the installation of floodlights).
