According to Cambridge it is ok to foul off the ball and get away with it.
'For my late goal he explained that it was disallowed because our number two (Dan Gleeson) was fouling somebody; somebody who was probably 15 yards away from the ball."
Well thats ok then, may as well punch and kick him as well as it is 15 yards away so it doesnt count as a foul.
What a prat !!!
