Does anyone remember the post I put on a few weeks ago about Truro City and their enormous goal difference? Because of a fixture build up (they are in the FA vase final) they are playing both Saturday and Sunday at the moment. I looked on the website yesterday and their goal difference was +123 having scored 140 goals this season, I've just looked again as they were playing yesterday and the goal difference is now +138, they won 15:0 yesterday and that is after winning on Saturday too. Their top scorer has scored at least 7 hatricks this season (that is without know ing how many he scored yesterday) and at the last count had scored over 40 goals this season. This is definately the stuff of dreams for them and nightmares for anyone they have to play. To check the figures they are in the Toolstation Western first division and you can find the details on www.football.mitoo.co.uk  :o

Aren't they the team which is being heavily backed  by some sugar daddy or other who is promising to build them a new ground as they climb through the Pyramid?

Let's hope their fans are enjoying their time to the most at the moment and sincerely hope there's not going to be problems in the future if the money dries up! We've seen enough of that in the Conference over the last few years haven't we?
