Talk earlier of a Dens testimonial game.......great stuff and deserved.....but whatever happened to the testimonial for England's number one.....Stuart Coburn?

For some reason they didn't have one...

I've always wondered why not, especially as the club's record app holder who played for the club almost 20yrs...

689 apps (plus scored a goal!)... 1997–2002 & 2003–2016 (injury forced retirement or would have played longer)

NB 1yr away 2002/03 Leigh RMI for Conference footy

Maybe he'll play in Dens game as sounds from last night will be all Alty affair eg maybe Dens Alty XI with some old faces coming back v the present Alty team... last night said would be on a Tue eve in Sept (after Dover game) & more details in coming days...
