Not down yet! As it stands a win for us and Halifax losing on Saturday would keep us up.

I'm afraid it only us that would fail to beat Stevenage in that situation.  Halifax are flying, Stevenage are god awful.  £2 million pound training academy and ex England manager.. they should be ashamed.

Tonights scores mean the play off places are sorted too so Stevenage have nothing to play for.  If I could give anyone a goal now it would be Stevenage as Crawley sound dreadful and I can't see them getting back into it.

We're are purely relying on Stevenage now

If they lose to Northwich then they can't make the play offs and will sack the Halifax game off.

If they win or draw tonight it'll mean they go into the Halifax game still in with a chance of making the play offs. It has the added benifit of dragging Northwich back into it.

Having said that it's quite a slim hope as Ecky says.

Stevenage will not win at Halifax and Cambridge will not win at Grays. Like Ecky says we are down. That we are here hoping that one crooked team will beat another crooked team is down to the fact that we have been unable to beat either crooked team at home recently. Sorry if the truth hurts, but that is it in a nutshell. Yes, we all know that these teams have spent bucketfuls of money that they simply haven't got and to be honest at least one of them will probably go tits up at the AGM, but it would be nice to think that we could have won a few more home games this season by playing a bit more positively.

Come on everybody there is still time. No giving up just yet, we also cannot be relegated tonight so the belief needs to stay.

If it goes wrong then two things.

1. An autopsy needs to wait till after Saturday.

2. Where where we four years back. Who expected the rollercoaster the last three have been? If the worst comes we will go away loads stronger and more experienced, and will return.

PS....3.... whatever occurs on Saturday everyone must be in good voice, be fair, and bloody well enjoy it.
