I doubt that he would have just not turned up. Our board of directors would not stand for that, and if he has given them sufficient reason then fair enough. Not everything needs to be put in the public domain.

Not sure who that comment is aimed at or where your info comes from, if that's the case obviously he has just cause, I haven't seen that posted anywhere so that's the reason for the question. The inference in the initial comment on here did not allude to that.
