I thought we worked really hard and a point was probably fair in my opinion

Stupid sending off- how long was he on for 5 minutes??

2 games till Twiss goes- did nothing all game

Reeves was class again as was Coburn  - and i thought the team overall did well

Was just gonna do a thread asking how it went. Think we've all lost interest now, understandably given the circumstances, but I do feel a bit like a Histon fan.

Watmore do well? We only conceded one as well, which is like a clean sheet for us, so was the defence okay?

Bit shaky at times - Watmore was really lively and ran and ran - looks a raw talent

Plenty of positive performances to take from today's game:

Stu Coburn make a couple of excellent saves, Chris Lynch had a very good match at RB, Marlon Broomes played 90 mins without a hamstring going 'ping'  , Andrew Smart at LB looked better today, Densy had his best game I've seen from him in ages, Reevesy's finish was excellent for the goal, Duncan Watmore came on and again showed real promise with some very good runs.

The ref was more random than usual, even for this level, you just have to expect totally unfathomable decisions and try not to get too worked up about it.

I thought Leighton was swearing at the ref?! Let's face it his attitude stinks. Someone needs a serious word with him.
The ref made some dodgy decisions but the second half from us lacked the passion and the drive we needed.

Had we still been in the race for a play off spot I think today would have been a point well gained, albeit against a very average Halifax side.

Scott Phelan was brilliant.
