Blue Square have allocated ever team from the conference leagues a horse shortlisted to run in this Saturday stewards cup at Goodwood.

Although there is no guarentee our horse "Advanced" will run in the race, (only 28 from a shortlist of 68) it would pocket the club somewhere in the region of £6000

All the horses that don't feature in the main race will be scheduled to ride in another race which could still see the club net approximately £2000 for winning.

Only 27 run, and Advanced is 50-1 joint 26th. favourite. Interestingly fitted with a tongue tie for the first time in ages. Don't honestly fancy it, but had two quid each way just in case

Advanced was nowhere, but very pleased for cash strapped Hinckley, whose horse, Hawkeyethenoo, went in at 9-1.
