Little didn't play on Tuesday.

No shots on target - I'm not sure he played today!



I know that's very unfair and he's a legend - but it did sound good at the time!

To be honest, I did wonder where all of the pre-season optimism was heading on the forum. It all seemed ridiculously over the top to me (which is why I stayed out of it) and I could never see us being anywhere else than involved in a bargain-basement dogfight.

To be fair though, a pen and 10 men against a side who have not started well, but whom we would normally expect to give us a hard time. It can't be that unexpected a scoreline. There were always going to be days like these, but we will have some high points too (let's hope the latter outnumber the former).
