To be fair it could be argued that we do have a far more experienced manager in the dugout in Graham Barrow.

As a defender I don't think he is. especially at RB.

I would agree Lane and Co have looked less than convincing. Perhaps Robbie can slip in there?

My source at the game told me Lane was playing ok today and the penalty decision was a bad one. However, I think we should always have at least one defensive option on the bench given that we have 5 subs available. The manager's selection decisions are his own and are based on what he's seen the players do. Love him or hate him I suppose you do have to put a certain amount of trust in his appraisal of the players available to him.
