Maybe GH's ban (the world's best kept secret) isn't helping things.
May cheap supermarket source said if he wasn't already banned from the touchline he would be now

That's good to hear when he's got a suspended ban hanging over him.  ::)

Who has? The cheap supermarket source?

To be fair it could be argued that we do have a far more experienced manager in the dugout in Graham Barrow.

I think a quick look at our bench today indicates that another defender in the squad would not do us any harm.

I think we need 1 defender on the subs bench

Other than the fact he is not good enough?

it is an area where we need to tighten up on, get some more options

As a defender I don't think he is. especially at RB.

I would agree Lane and Co have looked less than convincing. Perhaps Robbie can slip in there?

My source at the game told me Lane was playing ok today and the penalty decision was a bad one. However, I think we should always have at least one defensive option on the bench given that we have 5 subs available. The manager's selection decisions are his own and are based on what he's seen the players do. Love him or hate him I suppose you do have to put a certain amount of trust in his appraisal of the players available to him.

Robbie has moved to right back since Lane was sent off.

Upto 28% now, really going for it. Have we had a shot on target?

Do not adjust your screen:

Triple substitution: O'Neil, Senior and Meechan for Johnson, Little and Denham.
