Just back home.. I thought Alty were very good again tonight against the champions elect.. I thought the Stevenage style was very similiar to Histon's at times..

We were well worth a point tonight and all that happened was that they scored late on (again) against a side that had all put in a days graft at work then came to play a game of football. That in my opinion was the only difference in the two sides tonight,

Apart from a referee who seemed determined that Stevenage would win the game and a linesman (popular side) who was quite simply not fkn good enough to hold a flag let alone make a correct decision.

Officals in this league are ruining games FACT.

Make friends with someone who lives in one of the terraced houses and jump in from on top of their shed. Much easier. 

There will be shed loads of alty fans then

Talking of raising funds.  I watched the Utd reserve game tonight on MUTV and noticed the snack bar at the Golf Road end was shut..
Is that normal for Utd reserve games.. I just thought we may have dipped out on making a few quid on sales there...

I go to the Utd reserve games and the snack bar at the Golf Road end is never open just the one at Chequers. 940 attendance tonight - I hope we can pull in that many for tomorrow's game.

Probably showing a bit of a bias due to the fact that Roberts is a local lad.

I too like Carden, looks to have an eye for a good pass and gets about well.  Not the finished article but I think he would benefit from a run in the team.

His shorts were too high for him to be taken seriously yesterday though.
