If you held a gun against my head and asked me to name two players who may not be here next season. Then I would say Robbie Lawton and perhaps Big John McCalisky.
Having said that I do believe that we need another Striker (of proven BSP standard) and a creative midfielder. I am more than happy with the defence we have and Denham and Clee who give us plenty of width. We could then kick on further up the league.
I fear money will be the determining issue and unless I manage to win the lottery between now and August I hope some injection of much needed, well balanced long term investment will appear from somewhere..
I hope to be able to assist in the pre season tarting up of the ground this year.. (As long as it doesnt include changing bulbs on the floodlights)

All home games including CSC etc except Wrexham in the Trophy and the York league game.
Went to Kiddy, Kettering, Rushden, Chester, Tamworth & Forest green,
Kettering won my sh*ttiest ground choice by a short head from FGR
Never seem to manage all the home games for one reason or another

It certainly cheered me up after losing 2-0 to Cambridge... Good attendance today for Colin's final game..
I too believe Peake may have some dodgy wheeler dealings in his mind before next season commences

3 - 1 to Alty on a nice warm afternoon at ML.
Cambridge will hopefully bring a few to swell the numbers.
I really hope that there is well over a 1000 fans there to give Colin a good farewell.
Sadly I have given up hope of large gates unless we have the likes of Wimbledon etc visiting.. (it is quite baffling considering the good season we have had)
I hope the "Messenger" has given a good section of its sports pages to the fact that it will be Colin's last game for the club.

My hopes for next season is that we hit the ground running as per this season and keep well away from an early season relegation dogfight.
Consolidation in the top half of the table by the end of Oct. I think it is a big ask to hope that a part time club such as ours could establish itself in the top half dozen in the table, however with the return of Tom, Dale & Matty in the early part of next season who knows where we could be?
If we enjoy a season where we are not looking over our shoulder at what clubs below us are doing then I for one would be well satisfied.
A good cup run is imperative for the clubs finances and moral of the players and particulary the fans would be most welcome.
Also a tv channel will take up coverage of the BSP games and we could at least see the Southern half clubs play and hopefully occassionally the Outside broadcast truck's Satnav will throw a double six and park itself outside Moss Lane for a couple of games which again would be financially welcome.. I wonder where those bloody camera gantrys with the sh*tty hessian covers are kept

Im certain that Colin will start on Sat, hopefully wearing the captains armband.,. Play about 75 Mins then go off to standing ovation (hopefully the Cambridge fans will join in) as we would if it was one of there all time great players signing off.
The sun will be shining, Lots of retro tops (sadly I dont possess one)..
Hopefully the crowd will be swelled by the fact that it is Colin's last game and Cambridge bring plenty of fans as it the last game of the season..
