Yes we should take a leaf out of QPR book and change our manager whilst the new one can still make a  difference. But not with this man we need a proven winner time and one that recognises quality players

QPR will give Mark Hughes their new manager money to bring in new players and improve the squad. I fail to see how their situation is comparible to ours?

I agree that things aren't good at the moment and people have every right to voice their concerns, but I think it's too early for us to be thinking about replacing the manager at this stage. What message would it send out to potential replacements if we sacked a manager who has been in the job for less than 8 months? I've said it before, it took Graham Heathcote a good couple of years to build a team and start challenging for promotion so why should a new manager be any different?
