Has anyone thought about the possible recruitment of the fantastically skillful Brian Deane for Alty?

He could be a world class acquisition...

If we could pair him up front with Fred Pearle, it would make a great advert for non-league football  :D

Thats a brilliant idea macca! Its nice to find another like minded person who appreciates just how good Deano was (and probably stil is). Not sure of his whereabouts but there is no doubt he could stiil do more than a job at this level. Just imagine the havoc him and colin little would cause up top for us!! Never mind their lack of pace.

I have also been hearing plenty of rumours about the possibility of Tony Yeboah getting himself down to moss lane. Has anyone heard any of these rumours?
Please god lets hope they are true.

I've just seen Tony Daley exciting the ground, with a bottle of a well known isotonic drink, sporting his customary short, yet exceedingly baggy, Aston Villa shorts. http://www.sporting-heroes.net/files_football/DALEY_Tony_19900401_GH_L.jpg

Looks like he'd just completed a medical.

I sincerely hope those tony yeboah rumors are true snakey... Yeboah and Deano backing up Little. Imagine!

Apparently Chris Powell has recently spoken of his admiration for the club. Who knows, he may also end up at Moss Lane in the near future!!!

We can but hope...

What's Kevin Francis doing these days? He'd be great with Deane, Yeboah in the hole behind.
