Yet again

'COME ON CITY'

I'm developing a thing for Oxford City

It would be a bugger now if they beat us to the last play off spot!

76 points is an insane total just to finish 5th in a 22 team league, BPA may have a favourable run in but they are playing Saturday,Monday,Wednesday,Saturday,Wednesday,Saturday,Monday,Saturday and that intensity takes its toll no matter who you are playing

I agree that we'd be unlucky to miss out on 74, say, but I think it's possible. The sides that BPA have to play will be no fresher than they are, except maybe Histon, and Oxford City have got an even busier schedule. They worry me, Oxford - they play BPA and Gainsborough twice and Harrogate and I'm concerned they might not take a single point from any of them.

Ladies and gentlemen, the least prescient post in forum history.

Harrogate fixtures
Thu 18 Apr :   FC Halifax Town (H)
Sat 20 Apr :   Stalybridge Celtic (H)
Tue 23 Apr :   Guiseley AFC (H)
Sat 27 Apr :   Vauxhall Motors (A)

BPA fixtures
Alty
April 20, 2013   Bishop's Stortford
April 22, 2013   Colwyn Bay

I can't see Harrogate beating Halifax and Guiseley on their current form.

Our only chance of getting 4th and avoiding Guiseley is if we win our last 3 games, get 80 points meaning Halifax need 7 more points max which is possible as they would need them from 4 games incl Chester, Guiseley and harrogate plus Staly have improved a lot. I can see Halifax drawing 3 of them maybe winning one.
