probably the most suicidal i have been since saturday looking at some of those grounds...

ah well at east there will be some character at those grouonds unlike the soulless hell holes of Stroud and Rushden
Exactly!  At least most of these are grounds that came about in the towns/areas where the team are based.   Not some horrilbe soulless places like Middlesboro and Derby, pushed out and built like an airfix model on the edge of an industrial estate or retail park.

I think I'm correct in saying that that curious covered corner at Workington used to extend right round the ground.   You can see where it used to be around the back of the open terraces where now there is just grass.

Bit of character, at least we should cheer ourselves up with that ;)

There's absolutely NOTHING cheery about Workington, especially on a cold, wet, November night. It's like Barrow without the charisma.
