Didnt Paul Showler live in west yorkshire, and was a copper there at the time, he was non-contract with us as the police didnt allow staff to contract to clubs.

He was my favourite All-timeAlty player.

Wonderful balance and skill, power runs down the left wing and an almost telepathic understanding with our present manager, Kenny. Great crosses which were meat and drink to our front line.
