I really dont see how wanting football matches to be planned on realistic dates unlike the histon away game between xmas/new year is such a problem.....

Poor fixture planning is not the same thing as a winter break. The sooner you grasp that idea the better.

there will be a break implicated very soon, the sooner u grasp that idea the better :-*

How soon is "very soon"?  Is that today or in fifteen years time?  Perhaps I could add that we are in the era of the stadia roof- further undermining the Prem clubs from wanting a winter break.

I really can't see how it won't be implemented next season!

There may well be. And if it happens we'll roll with it. Do I want to see it happen? No. Will I turn away from football if it does happen? Of course not.

But even after that I'll still be able to tell the difference between a poorly planned fixture and a winter break.

If a winter break is introduced next season I'll stop watching Alty as I will feel Jacko has won and I can't bear that.

And I shall show my arse outside the Golf Road turnstiles at 3 pm every Saturday for its full duration.
