if this is true then how the hell can they attract fans at this level?
-
They have an all seated ground (well if you dont disobey the rules and stand up).
Our price is £15, they charge £17.
R&D are higher up the league than us, have a nice bar (restaurant as well I think), large car park facilities etc?
Seems a reasonable price to me.

The last time I went there was I think the season before last on a bitterly cold Saturday afternoon, I think we lost 1-0.
I recall the argument with the stewards who after about half an hour tried making us sit down - and it was too cold for that.
I recall a steward pointing out the irrelevant fact that Millwall had been there. He wasnt amused when we pointed out that Millwall are a League Club - Rushden are a Conference South club!!!
If my memory is correct, Rushden is not all seater as behind one goal is all terraced - for Home Fans only.
IF they have a big Car Park then I missed it, as I had to walk about a mile from where we parked.

The next time you go you'll wonder how you missed the car park!
The stewards were a lot more relaxed with us last year when we won 1-0...we were allowed to stand at the back. We were on the dugout side this time though.
I don't see the issue with £17. Things get more expensive each year, its life.

No one can justify paying 15+ quid for a non league game

The car park is huge!!
I remember that game. Horribly cold afternoon. If I remember rightly one of the stewards was threatening to call the police, unless we sat down?
