According to Andy Preece in the Non League Paper, Vics are waiting for international clearance so that they can sign Jamie Phoenix.....!

It seems his most recent spells were with a side from Borneo playing in the Malaysian League and a Bulgarian side who he decided to walk out on...what a great addition to the squad  ::)
