Bizarre transfer of the season must be this one: Jamie Phoenix has joined Northwich Victoria from Vllaznia Shkoder FK of Albania. After spells with Altrincham, Stafford Rangers and FC United amongst others, Phoenix went to Malaysia before moving to the Albanian team, who released him.

I suppose when your team have just been held to a draw at home in the Trophy by Lincoln United (not City !) you would feel the need to have a pop at fans of another club. But not generally a more successful one. Just remind me Mat, who do you play on F.A.Cup 4th.Qualifying Round day ?

We slipped up last year. We omitted to spend vast amounts of money we didn't have to enable us to progress (but we're still two divisions higher than Vics).

I always enjoyed the wooded shed extention thingy attatched to that houses 1st floor on the left from the away end. didnt look very safe

I see Vics "won" the second half by the only goal. Pity about the three they conceded in the first half.
