Indeed it is possible.

About 3 seasons ago I dismissed a player for a second caution. The player concerned continued to abuse me all the way back to the dresssing room and after the game. I showed this player 4 Red Cards, reported 4 individual offences and they got a seven game ban

Did you brandish the final red card in the bar? In front of bemused onlookers

It's a shame the video doesn't really show what he was sent off for, still I think I will just pop on to twitter to say hi

On the video I think you can see Mr Sinclair running towards the ref just after Stockport have scored their winner. So I presume he got sent off for using foul, abusive or insulting language towards an official.

No, actually it was in the Car Park. It was a local league fixture played at Manor Farm

Was he in his car? Or were you in your car, did you have to wind your window down before holding aloft the red card out of the window?

At what point in time does the refs jurisdiction end Phil?

In answer to the previous two posts I had the window open. The player approached the car. I said something along the lines of "do yourself a favour, you're already in big bother. The outpouring of obscenity was repeated, I advised the "if you keep talking I'll keep writing" It was then suggested that I do something potentially life threatening with my pencil and hence the card was once again brandished.

In terms of jurisdiction it is generally considered to be until the "premises" have been vacated. This can be interpreted as as long as in the Car Park.

I am aware of a Referee reporting a Cheshire League Player for misconduct however for a comment made at a Motorway Services on the way home
