Just seen he's got thirteen years for fraud etc.
Could we be playing the Cod Army in the next couple of years as they go down through the leagues?

That's how I remember them back in the 1970s NPL days.  Seemed to be always in the bottom three, and a guaranteed bagged 4 points for us virtually every season with the only variation being how many goals we would stuff past them.  I think we even managed to thrash them when Les Rigby was in charge of us (nice bloke but crap Manager).

Morecambe were dispatched in a similar manner and it upsets me every time I hear the results or see clips of these two from the EFL.

There was a bit of pushing and shoving during the game. The apocryphal tale was that Mick was driving Tony back in his car and it kicked off outside his house.
