I spent the afternoon listening to the game and getting depressed but I also decided to look at how everyone else has started.  Based on a par score as follows:

6 points against: Histon, Tamworth, H&Y, Bath
4 points against: FGR, Southport, Gateshead, eastbourne, Fleetwood, Barrow
1 point against: Rushden, Kettering, Kiddy, Newport, Mansfield, Wrexham,
0 points against: Luton, Wimbledon, Crawley, York, Grimsby, Cambridge and Darlo.

(Alty replace the team concerned in the list so Bath need 6 points vs us, Rushden need 1 pt vs us)

This will give everyone a par score of 54 points (enough to stay up).

Alty are currently only 1 behind par.  FGR are 2 behind having failed to beat either Bath or Gateshead at home, Eastbourne are 3 behind having taken 1 point from games at Histon and Tamworth (plus home wins over H&Y and Wrexham)
