One for those who are old enough to recall him playing for Alty during the 1995/96 season:

He was probably a decent keeper - unfortunately he was about a foot too short! I seem to remember him having a nightmare game somewhere being unable to cope with one of the bigger Conference sides and was never seen again in an Alty shirt

Think we had him in a loan under John King. Can be across as erm... A bit short for a keeper.
-
On loan from West Ham at the time wasn't he?
-
Was he in goal for the 7-0 debacle at Morecambe?

Yup.
Got chipped about 5 times.
Only other memory I have of him is wearing a rather colourful jersey at home

I remember the 0-7 at Morecambe well, great positioning but to short to reach.
A few seasons earlier Paul Collings had a mare too but we won 3-2

At one of those Morecambe away games in the nineties we had a massive fans‘ kickabout in the corner of the ground. Maybe we should include a mini 4-a-side pitch in our new fanzone
