And if it takes a new share issue (of proper voting shares ) because too many shares in the club are sat in a box somewhere, then so be it. People will invest for something in return. Then maybe the clubs success can mirror that of the community side of the club. Ones going from strength to strength, Ones heading in to the abyss. We've had decades of this "we can't compete" mantra, it could be the clubs new motto. Its bad enough being patted on the head by Tranmere and Torquay, but clubs with gates of 400, shouldn't be in the bracket of "we can't compete", millionaire backer orvnot and if they are, get out there and strengthen the clubs position.
