As above. A clear public and proactive search for new investment to expand and strengthen the clubs board and the club in general. And if it takes a new share issue (of proper voting shares ) because too many shares in the club are sat in a box somewhere, then so be it. People will invest for something in return. Then maybe the clubs success can mirror that of the community side of the club. Ones going from strength to strength, Ones heading in to the abyss. We've had decades of this "we can't compete" mantra, it could be the clubs new motto. Its bad enough being patted on the head by Tranmere and Torquay, but clubs with gates of 400, shouldn't be in the bracket of "we can't compete", millionaire backer orvnot and if they are, get out there and strengthen the clubs position.

We are where we are because of bad managerial appointments.

The solution is for jim to bring in the players needed to turn us around....this is especially difficult because we are mid season and most decent players are under contract and happy somewhere and unlikely to come to a bottom of the league side.

When things turn round on the pitch we will have on the face of it a very strong growing non league club......I think the board should be harder on the manger and demand success......hard to see Geoff Goodwin putting up with failure on the pitch as long as we have recently...even saying the previous managers were doing a good job....

It is also for the shareholders and board to come up with a strategy to market the club for investment....be warned though, for every burton and Fleetwood there is a northwich Runcorn etc!!! this is specifically why John King broke up John Maunders major shareholding.

I'd suggest more folk attend the next TASC meeting.

Talk on the forum like Rowley's had enough he is probably planning his exit strategy is ludicrous....if he wants out he can resign anytime he likes......

Create a portfolio of reasons why we are worth investing in

Create a data list of everyone who visits the club. Search their social and LinkedIn for introductions to the right people

Creating strong branding that people are excited to be part of

Sent it to key identifiers with money

See at Bolton in League 1

More of a Can/Will do attitude rather than the negativity that's spewed out when anyone ever comes up with a suggestion.

Example : Putting the home fans considerations first. How many seasons did it take to sort out the access to watch the game around the Gantry area without having to stare through meshing etc.  It's still not ideal but better than it was.

The Begging Bowl strategy has had its day and done its job: there's now so much money on the Football Bus that you have to run to catch it. The Club must feel like they're taking one step forward, only to take two steps back. The times have changed: the new reality is that, if you just walk, you end up missing the bus and being left behind.
And before you ask, it's a Leyland Titan PD1.

More accountability.

Lack of accountability is the main cause of repeated errors.

A meeting indeed is a good idea, but with who? It needs to be productive so should involve the club and would also need to start with a mission statement that includes accountability, acceptance and intent. Then we can draw a line and move forward.

More football experience on the board and a clearer strategy for signing players.

How about asking the Two CEO's of two of manchesters most successful business (one who is the global leading company in their field) if they want to join us?

Both are playing at Mods Lane this afternoon

A golden opportunity. SURELY the board must be alive to the possibilities here.

Social Chain are an incredible, dynamic and forward thinking company. Whilst you might not know their name, you'll know their work as it's everywhere.

Palestine Private Equity and NCC Group Plc is an FT250 company focused on cyber security & risk are both in attendance.

Rob Cotton (NCC Group), Steve Bartlett (Social Chain) Alex Russell (Property Alliance Group) Pat Loftus (Deloitte), Steve Oliver (Music Magpie) and Danny Schweiger (Character World).
