The absence of a few key players (arguably) costing us the points last night, has been mentioned already on another thread, but I would appreciate an update on the progress and likely return from injury of those who have been out for a few weeks. Our squad of players has grown far larger than for as long as I can recall, and while that may be necessary for the time being, I'm interested to know when we are likely to see some of our first choice players back.
-
Hopefully hear something tomorrow evening during the q&a

I was surprised to learn the other day that Adarabioyo is reportedly still with us and currently recovering from an ankle injury.

Well that's one injury question answered. 🙄
Must have been a heck of an injury, seems like he's been sidelined for months!
-
Any news please?

If you look at some recent photo's of Mr ripleys' he's in them at training and matches, so yes I guess he is still an option.

Is that as in Ripleys believe it or not? 😂

It's been a long time. Cynical fool to take him out of the game if I remember correctly

Enlightenment on the respective injuries pertaining to Colclough, Mooney, Hancock and Piggott comes via this post-Bromley interview with Phil Parkinson:

In fairness to the management, injuries have certainly been a major factor this season,
I知 sure Phil and Sorv will get the lads back on an even keel.
Keep the faith

If there's such a dip in form when First XI are missing, our bench needs to be strengthened

I hear what your saying. At the beginning of the season I was hoping for first season back in the National league survival, due to COVID we now have the luxury of no relegation, so I知 not really worried where we finish. Talk of playoffs is admirable but as yet, we haven稚 the off field structure to go full time so I知 happy with Phil & Sorvs to acquire the players required to get us in a position to challenge for the playoffs.

In his interview on the Alty website Parky gave the following injury update (as well as an honest account of recent performances & fact he will strive to ensure things improve)...
Injuries... injury update was Hancock & Mooney should be back this wk... Piggott twinged knee but should also be ok this wk... unfortunately Colclough appears more serious & awaits scan Mon which potential may rule him out for season...
Lets hope Colclough aint as serious as feared & rest are in fact back this week to help the cause... COYR!
Roll on Tuesday...

Pretty well sums up my thoughts too.

We would have taken a league record of 9-6-11 at this stage, I'm sure of it.
Hopefully we'll look a different proposition with Mooney and Hancock coming back in this week.
Might be a good idea to go with Ceesay up top again with Hardy, Hancock and Mooney behind.

Densmore has a fractured wrist
-
Really? Extra curricular I assume.
I can't understand why Dens doesn't get more game time. I don't remember him doing anything wrong

Same with Simon Richman, who I think has been great when depended on (as he always has been).

I love Dens but he was off the mark for the Notts game at the start of the season, I do think he should be given more game time though
-
I think PP mentions at the end of his most recent interview that Dens fractured his wrist in the game at Bromley.
-
Correct Leon - a Bromley player fell on him after a tackle. He played on not having realised he had suffered the injury
-
Would be great to get an update on all players currently on our books.

Think it's more a case of Joel Senior consistently doing everything right!
