This is the best thread on this forum for a long time, it should win some sort of award.

Can I ask what are you on, and where do I get some? My 'chemist' obviously does not stock it.

PS Taken from www.altrinchamfc.co.uk

Stuart Coburn : Appearances to June 2007: 348, 1 goal.  I'd say he's played a game or two so has some experience!

I'm working overseas at the moment, and I have decided - simply from reading this thread - that I am NOT returning to the UK, EVER.

The country is on its arse.

This thread brings to mind the words of Hugh Johns in the 1970 World Cup Final commentary about 20 seconds before Carlos Alberta scored that stunning fourth ;D goal........."This is great stuff!!!!"

Giving some youth team players does have an echo of a valid point for example a young terrier battering it down the right wing for 20 minutes with logan might be a suprise hit. Our biggest problem is we dont pose enough danger to opposition so they dont need to sit deep. If we cant play whalley we need two good wingers to pose a threat.

However the keeper suggestion is just trolling surely?

Is there a logic bomb hiding in this thread somewhere? I'm just waiting for an explosion and a return to some sort of normality.

Danger UXB.....unexplainable banter

Is this the tactic known as a reverse Alan Hansen? You'll win everythin with kids.....step right up ladies and gentlemen, any prize from the top shelf.....oh sorry, you can't reach.....

I'm sure Stuart must have atleast 150,probably more Conf National games under his belt from his spells with us and Leigh. If thats not enough big game experience we'd better up our budget so we can bring someone like David James in if its experience you're after!  Also obviously you meant no offence to Stu with him being your mate,i've lost count of the amount of times i've bumped into you two in the boozer havin a laugh over a few cheeky pints!
