What's happening at Halifax? ...
« on: March 16, 2007, 02:25:15 PM »

Just been reading about their Chairman resigning. What's going on over there?
I certainly hope they're not in serious trouble - we need all the northern clubs we can get in this league.

(Apart from anything else, where are we going to get any more players from  ::) ::) :D )

Any one know anything?

 :-X

Another bet to be relegated for off-field offences making, Stafford, Crawley, Weymouth, FGR, St. Albans and now Halifax?  Will there be enough teams to form a league next season?

If the six you mention go, and stretching a point for FGR geographically then that'll mean no relegation and three up from Conf North & Conf South....or will it??

This Seasons relegation and promotion issues will be decided on the field of play - Oh Yes and I'm the Dalai Lama

Why are StAlbans and FGR in danger of being 'peaked'?

Assuming Stafford have a dodgy ground, Crawley and Weymouth have no money

According to my York contact, St. Albans ground is below standard and FGR have built a 3 sided one (Oxford have another season to sort their's out).

Crawley have exceeded the celery cap again and other financial matters, Weymouth £3m debt, CU may be restructuring (watch this space in about a week and half), Stafford ground not up to standard

One day, sometime, the league will be sorted out on the pitch :-\
