As others have said, we still have to play games against the bottom three. Win them (I know!) and we're fine.
amen

I agree with practically all of your post Andrew. However, while changing the management would unarguably weaken our progress, getting relegated would be far worse.

Losing to Woking on Saturday is a chilling prospect. If we come back empty-handed from Norfolk the following week I believe we will be In serious danger of the trapdoor opening.

However, if we were to part company with our management team, who is there out there that is an improvement, and is available ?

We are truly between a rock and a hard place.

I'm struggling to think of anyone  with National League level experience who would be available
Jim Harvey ?

PP leaving is not an option at this stage. That would simply be suicidal.

For what it's worth, I think we'll beat Woking on Saturday and then hopefully we'll be having a different conversation.
totally agree apart from the win Saturday I will be amazed if we get a point

Both Neil and Phil have my personal full support to the end of the season to keep us up . At the start I said survival would be enough I stand by this . It's between us and Weymouth now

That's a good question AA. Where is Chris senior?

Also with rain due soon do we still have those covers we bought?
there is another thread with a rumour that he is at Darlington but I have not seen any evidence to support this .

In terms of the covers the rumour is they are the new roof for the much anticipated fan zone

Can we stop calling for Senior to comeback. We cannot compete with Darlington. We need to look forwards not backwards
he's at Darlington ?? !!

Never seen a post on either topic

I'd love that tbh... unless someone knows exactly where Chris Senior is.

I am Chris Senior.
exciting development could you fill us in where you are now please and what you did after Alty please ?

Also are you able to get to Solihull on Saturday ?

I have some family living in Ukraine close to the Russian border in the east.

They don't seem to be concerned about Alty's collapse in form or Digies poor passing.

Some people.  I ask you.

Sorry, by 'Some people' I actually meant me. I will leave the attempts at dark humour alone in future.
I consider myself to be one of the most ironic people on here and it even went over my head sorry 😆

I do hope they are ok and all works out for them  . But like your strap line says alty is life . And this is an Alty forum (well it was last time I looked) and not a political forum I'll save that joy for other platforms .

Was poor on both goals.
Didn't need to step out on the first, which meant it was so easy to put the ball in behind us and poor pass for the second.
Not impressed with Morgan jogging on their second.
he can't be blamed solely for the first .Collectively it was woeful im amazed no one is mentioning that Berkou decided to argue and point fingers about the passage of play before it had even ended . That's unforgivable for me
Ye I would’ve expected him to have carried on running behind Thompson to to try and block the shot.
absolutely close the angle put on pressure . But no I will point fingers instead before he has even struck the ball. Shocking really
