BSN Line up for next season
« on: May 25, 2012, 10:08:56 PM »

This is the line up according to the NLP after today's FA leagues meeting, it's very southern for a "northern" league...
I make it 9 clubs level or below Birmingham plus the extremities of Boston and Workington

Altrincham
Bishop Stortford
Boston United
Brackley Town
Bradford Park Avenue
Chester
Colwyn Bay
Corby Town
Droylsden
FC Halifax Town
Gainsborough Trinity
Gloucester City
Guiseley
Harrogate Town
Hinckley United
Histon
Oxford City
Solihull Moors
Stalybridge Celtic
Vauxhall Motors
Worcester City
Workington

Bishop Stortford, Oxford City, Gloucester City and Histon being in the Conference North does boggle the mind somewhat.

I think Rodgers is a good signing and have faith in Sinnott to get us in the playoffs this year, but I'm afraid to say I can't see us finishing above Halifax and Chester in order to take the title. Nobody else in that list should be anything to worry about, though.

When we got relegated, I feared I wouldn't be able to get to many games but in fact there are probably more fixtures in easy distance from London than there were in the latter seasons of the BSP. Weird.

I could really do with us getting back up now that there are potential games at Dartford and Ebbsfleet which are both 15 minutes away from my house. However, there is certainly potential for a few near'ish games next season at least....
