It's still what we want

I refer to cote's comments in the Kettering programme following the Barrow game where he said something along the lines of:

"Don't slate the players if we're more exposed at the back when playing attacking football [...] It's what you wanted"

It's still what we want. We appear to be just as (if not more) exposed at the back since we reverted back to the current, more negative, approach. As others on here have said, I'd much rather see us lose 4-3 than 1-0 or 3-0. After all, if you can score 3 goals in a game you won't often lose.

The attacking football bit seems to have gone amiss hasn't it?

yes it does. we had 3/4 playes that looked as if they could/wanted to score and now we have none. I accept 1 player can hit a bare patch but not a whole forward line! That is unless, they're prevented from doing so.

It feels almost as if it was a case of ..."see we tried it your way once...it didn't work..."

Always quick to lay the blame anywhere except his own doorstep.

There is only one man who is responsible for our poor form and he must be replaced.
