Sometimes though you need a player who opposition fans will loathe but will turn it on for you. I agree we have standards but where do you draw the line?

I want defenders who can defend and strikers who can score goals in order to get us out of this division........if they shoot their mouths off and upset a few people along the way then so be it. As long as they don't embarrass the club with drink driving offences, sexual offences or racism rows, then I am not too fussed.
With the fan base we have, the club is crying out for success and we need the players who can deliver. I am sure the current board, volunteers and community teams that have built up such a great repututation will not allow the good work to go up in smoke.
