i beleive that we will struggle this year and could face a rele gation battle, so what do you think

No he shouldn't. He has probably got one of the hardest jobs in the league trying to manage a part time team in a full time league. So with the little money we do have i dont believe he is doing a bad job. Give it a few more games an the team will start to come together.

I was not at the forum,but I didn't have to go to see if GH wasn't backed,because I know 99% of Alty fans do.

And seriously,who thought we would we comfortable mid table this season??The squad has improved this season (even if it is not showing yet),but everyone else has improved theirs,many of them more than we have been able to.I will be delighted with 20th place finish (though I would LIKE,not think,we finish 15th),and build on from there.

It's almost as if someone was playing Football Manager a bit much and then suddenly thought it was the real world. Of course Heathcote should stay, if people only knew 10th of what goes on at a football club they would want him to stay, a manger prepared to stay within a tight financial budget for the benefit of the long-term future of the club compared to a manger willing to piss money up against the wall on absurd wages for his own short-term glory.
