Recalled by Fylde...
-
FFS.
Another kick in the bollox
-
Bugga :'(
-
I bet he will he on the bench tommorow aswell
-
Massive loss. Gutted.
I would chose Harrop on the wing over Mantack. I fear he will put Hancock back out there.
Or take a gamble and try Gabbidon.

It's the nature of the loan market, though, isn't it. Imagine if we (somehow) managed to re-sign Owen Dale in January for the rest of the season. That would be sweet!
-
Good luck to him. He was a talent but didn't use the team as much as he should have. Mantek needs to step up. At the moment I've got him down as a mistake.
-
Dale has been bench warmingbso far

That’s a blow...been our best outlet the last few games and showed real commitment to the cause. That’s 2 great loanees we’ve lost lately, I guess that goes with the territory, sadly.
At least Hulmey is back tomorrow...I’d play Max definitely now, along with Ringo to start. We need to shed this feeling of their invincibility over us.....they are not world beaters, just need to test their mettle by getting a goal or 2 up for a change.
Happy New Year!

Shame that. Quality player.
Pity the recall couldn't have been after tomorrow's game.

When the loan was agreed there was a proviso that Fylde could shorten it to 28 days if they wished (see archived material on John Laidlar's site), which is precisely what has happened. I would have thought it was always likely they would bring that into effect - after all, he was clearly sent here to get games under his belt. The way Fylde have put it makes it seem there's always the possibility he could be sent out on loan again if they see it as in their interest to do so, but that wouldn't necessarily mean a return to us. As I see it, it's been an advantageous deal for all parties - both clubs and the player.
-
Always the downside with loan players unfortunately
-
Offer a transfer fee for him ?

You paying Buddy ?
-
On second thoughts he would have to go part time and take a drop in wages and that's before considering what sort ofmoney they would want.

Owen Dale has been on the bench five times for Crewe but hasn't come on at all for the last three matches. Surely this must be an option for us? Losing Hemmings for this particular match is disastrous and i'm not so optimistic now.
-
Losing Ash is a blow, but it’s a team game. If the team turn up today and play to there potential we can get a positive result . Come on you Robins
-
Absolute joke from Fylde, ash Hemmings brought on in the 90th minute today off the bench, could have played the full 90 for us and made an impact, surely he is as angry as us.
-
That is football - loan players are just that and their parent club's manager will do what suits him and not AFC
-
See Fylde have just got a stricker in on loan from Norwich

Suspected broken arm.

Unused sub yesterday. Laughable. Edit: Although, Harrop was one of our best players on the left yesterday. Cracking assist for Hancock, too.
-
Dale was also an used sub.
If we could have one back I'd have Dale.

As AFC Fylde beat Wrexham 2-0 on Saturday, ex-Alty loanee Ashley Hemmings netted both goals.
Not getting him back then!

Especially since he started today :(
