Borehamwood - MATCH THREAD
« on: November 19, 2015, 11:01:39 AM »

Another huge game, looking at the fixture list for Saturday, 3 points could give us some real daylight. After Halifax,Kidderminster and Torquay we can't rely on just turning up, the same grit and fight as last week is needed. With the run of fixtures we have after Saturday, a maximum return is a must. Probably unchanged player wise from Saturday. Hopefully ranks,Nicky and Dens getting close to a return

Why are we outsiders with the bookies. Is it worth a punt or does somebody know something?

I'd assumed neither would be ready with them being carful on hamstrings, but let's hope so

Dead right. Absolutely huge game. Any complacency or inability to role sleeves up and get stuck in will result in us getting beaten. Time to put a run together.

Not too fussed about James Lawrie. Thought the balance looked good on Saturday and don't feel he's done enough this season to warrant a starting place....

Did we play 4-5-1 or 4-4-1-1 on Saturday? Didn't see the game, would be interested to know. Thanks

Alty have drifted all week , firm favourites at the start of the week but not now for some reason

Some very generous prices for the first goalscorer with Bet 365, including:

17/2 Joel Swift
12 Rhain Davies

and my own particular fancy:

28/1 Tom Marshall

I'll offer you 100/1 on either.

I can't imagine it would take much money to shorten up a team in a National League match.

We should be thankful they offer prices on our matches so we can profit from backing Reeves to score 1st and also being able to back each way on 1st scorers.

Don't know, honestly didn't notice Bowerman the entire game so I couldn't tell you where he was supposed to be playing
