GRAHAM Heathcote has bolstered his threadbare squad after completing two deadline day deals.
Left-sided duo Sean Clancy and Carlos Logan have both arrived at Moss Lane in a flurry of transfer activity today.
The signings followed the departures of Rod Thornley on Thursday and Cavell Coo earlier this week, which had left playing resources severely depleted.
Winger Logan is the most high profile of the pair, having recently been released by Darlington.
Older brother of Manchester City youngster Shaleum, the 22-year-old also started his career at City before moving on to Darlo, where he scored four goals in more than 40 League Two appearances.
Last season he also spent time on loan at Bradford, where he made just four appearances.
Clancy, meanwhile, featured in Southport's unsuccessful Conference campaign last season, while also spending time on loan at Burscough.
He has returned to play in England after a spell in America this summer and recently turned out for Alty's reserves in their recent game against Bradford reserves.12:58pm today
