Have you not heard of Michael Foot young man? To be fair to Plymouth I have seen them away at Hereford, Oxford United and Stockport County over the years, their support is welcome anytime at ML!

Are you serious? Plymouth have never played in the top flight or reached the final of a cup competition.

Luton are the biggest club to be relegated to non-league. FA cup final, league cup winners, 16 years in the top flight.

Oxford would be a close second - again on the basis of their league cup victory.

I'd put Plymouth in 3rd, closely followed by Stockport.
I'd put Bradford City in 3rd. using your criteria, since they spent two seasons in the Premier League.

I said biggest, not most successful, Plymouth are bigger then Luton and Oxford, miles bigger. If burnley had come down in the 90s they would have been the biggest, despite having won nothing since the 50s they still would have been the biggest.
