I've just been reading about the renewals situation with Ebbsfleet and it totally baffled me...

Apparently when the 'fans takeover' (a term I don't agree with) took place the club's debts were cleared.

Since then they've won the Trophy in front of a large crowd, and sold Akinde to Bristol City for £150,000. Nevertheless, they made a £500,000 loss. What on earth is going on there?? Surely that isn't sustainable?

of course its not sustainable but it acheived its real aim...to get publicity.

the renewal figures speak for themselves.
