Apologies for posting this so late & for the fact that the recording stops shortly before the interview concluded.....my iPhone battery does not seem to last very long at the moment in the cold weather.

thank you, why does it take a third manager until we realise that we must keep our shape and defend from the front.  Lets hope we have time left
