If a goal is scored then it can be pointed to someone who did not do their job..

Surely no one would expect him to change his beliefs when people with no significant management experience says "its rubbish"?

I hear what your saying Mark,  but I dont think you find many teams in any league who drag everyone back for set pieces.. On the contrary I personally would expect him to change his beliefs as it is obvious that it isnt working by bringing everybody back.. I dont think you need to have any managerial experience to see that. Just listen to the fans on Tues when we went two down.......

Great second half (or should I say Hour) after a somewhat uninspired first 45 mins.. I have said time and time again that Little should stay up field when the opposition has a corner.. He was marking fresh air last night when he went back and due to the there being no out ball for the defenders Eastbourne got there second goal..

Altys tactics for a opposition corner in the second half was exactly the same.. When do you think the penny will drop with the management  (Hope you read this GH) that having 11 players inside your own penalty area at corners is just asking for trouble........ Rocket Science it is not.........

We also  seem to play it on the ground more when Oneil came on..

Disappointing crowd though... I find it hard to believe that all the "stay aways" were just because the posers of the champs league were playing...

Good comeback after being 2 - 0 down more of the second half display against Kiddy on Sat would be good
