Not sure how seriously to take this 'result' - take away internationalists & injured players & I doubt it was much of a Sunderland 1st XI.

They played Leeds U21s (with El Hadji Diouf and Matt Smith in the Leeds team) on Monday and beat them 2-1 - Duncan got the first from tight angle after good run and cross - goal highlights here (first 40 secs) http://bit.ly/1azyuBB

Excellent stuff. He seems to be settling in well at Sunderland.
