Fair enough - it should really be kept in the main board as there isnt much footy chat this time of year.

Looks like Lib Dem could spring a surprise. Graham Brady surely safe in Alty and Sale West though!!!

Labour - but I'm in the safest Lib-Dem seat since the Magna Carta so a gesture at the most.

There is a Mr A N ON standing in Bath.  An anonymous candidate and that is what he is standing for!  He wants MPs to be selected like jury service, pick one person at random from each constituency and they're the MP ;D

Green in the vain hope that there will be a voice in Parliament that genuinely represents the working class, and not the cod socialists of Labour.

The Greens are socialists - ever seen their manifesto!

The Green Party's manifesto had a lot of impressive stuff: Increase minimum wage; increase state pension; go after tax dodgers; end to the disgraceful Private Finance Initiative in hospitals and business-run schools.

That said, I went Lib Dem in the hope this election might be a breakthrough for them and we can move towards the genuine democracy of PR.

And where do you think the money will come from? Anyone who has earned any sort of reasonable income, never mind the rich, will lose it. They would have us living in caves & mud huts with camp fires our only form of heat n light.

They've stated they'd put a small tax on international financial transactions. They'd also go after tax dodgers and close loopholes for multimillionaires. They also keep the top rate of income tax at 50% for those earning over £150,000 per annum (i.e. those people who are extremely comfortable thanks very much).

It's basically the Nordic economic model. The one that sees Sweden and Norway with top class public services that put ours to shame whilst maintaining internationally successful businesses such as mobile phone companies, pharmaceuticals, not forgetting good old Ikea.

Personally I'm not very interested climate change, I think it's wildly exaggerated, but on their overall view of society the Greens have a lot of good ideas.

Man has a minimal impact on climate change - fact!
Close 1 loophole in dodging tax & they will find another - keep investors in this country
We cannot compete with Nordic public service levels without huge tax increases and because we have a far greater population density
