The scallop barm from the chippy opposite the real ale pub near the station and the real ale pub near the station were the only highlights of a poor day. Too pissed too early, a ground that was virtually in Hinckley,  a sh*t football match. A day best forgotten

As Lee Sinnott might eventually say "All my words come back to me in shades of mediocrity....."

If "Homeward Bound" had been written in Hull rather than Wigan(allegedly) we'd have a field day with this.   ;D

Pouring fuel on, rather than bridging troubled waters?

Pass me the matches.....

Hang on to your hopes my friend....that's an easy thing to say,
But if your hopes should pass away, simply pretend that you can build them again.
